FEAM is an independent arbitral institution that administers arbitration and mediation proceedings under its own institutional rules. FEAM also maintains a panel of arbitrators and mediators, offers training and professional development programmes, and provides related services in the field of alternative dispute resolution.
FEAM does not practise law, provide legal advice, or represent any party in any dispute. Nothing on this Website constitutes legal advice or creates a solicitor–client or attorney–client relationship.

Arbitration Clause
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Forum for Excellence in Arbitration & Mediation (FEAM) in accordance with the FEAM Institutional Rules in force at the time of filing.
The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the FEAM Institutional Rules.
Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration.
