Arbitrators & Mediators
FEAM's neutrals are drawn from the Supreme Court and High Court bar and from specialist professional practice, and are empanelled against the standards set out in Schedule K of the FEAM Institutional Rules.
Every arbitrator and mediator listed below is empanelled on merit — assessed for standing, subject expertise and independence — across FEAM's two verticals. The bench is being actively expanded, and FEAM welcomes applications for empanelment on a continuing basis.

This panel is indicative and not exhaustive. Empanelment reflects a neutral's eligibility against FEAM's published criteria; it is not an endorsement of any individual and does not guarantee appointment in any particular matter. In every reference, the parties retain full autonomy to agree upon their arbitrator(s) or mediator — including persons not listed here — in accordance with the FEAM Rules, the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and, for mediation, the Mediation Act, 2023. Profile details are as declared by the neutrals and remain subject to FEAM's verification.
